We have adapted our operations in the following ways:
- Configured our Windows 10 workstations to support Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
- Setup a VPN access login for each staff member and configured their home system to access the KTA network.
- As we run two file servers, one as a backup, we have moved the backup offsite and developed a script to back up on a project basis. This approach will reduce Internet bandwidth load.
- Configured Microsoft Teams to support chat and video conferencing between staff.
